URL routing to pass (send) multiple parameters to Web API Controller in ASP.Net MVCAsk Questions

Hello,

I have created a mvc API for validation

API: http://localhost:15478/api/Registration/id/password

how to do roughting in webapi.config file to allow 2 parameters using conventional routing.

please suggest.

Below code are working fine and tested.

 

config.Routes.MapHttpRoute(
    name: "GetuserCredentialByID",
    routeTemplate: "api/userCredentials/GetuserCredentialByID/{user_id}/{user_password}",
    defaults: new { controller = "userCredentials",action = "GetuserCredentialByID", user_id = RouteParameter.Optional, user_password = RouteParameter.Optional }
);
